Stress Communication Values

I wanted to make a page especially for Mental Health because I find that Mental Health is very important to our everyday lives. Loving ourselfs and finding ourselfs in situations is all in the head.

Its all about knowing who you are and what you. What is Stress?

We all have Stress. Without stress all of us Human Beings would not be living. We would all be dead right? Life is stress. That's my defination of stress. In the Websters Dictionary, Stress is defined as strain or straining force . It also defines stress as mental or physical tension or strain. I guess in much ways, stress can be bad and good.

Being Late Going to the Dentist Lack of Sleep Parents fighting Closed Spaces Loud People Oral Reports Arguement with Friends Nothing to do



Here are some tips to relieve stress...

You See, Stress can be healed! Sometimes keeping it all inside could be really bad for your health. Stress can result in depression and suicide. Don't be so hard on yourself. It may sound so easy to say. but so hard to do.... Just relax and it all all come to you.

Communciation is the way we talk to others. Sometimes there can be misunderstandings by Miscommunication Miscommunication results when the wrong message is being sent out by the persons who are speaking to each other. Communication is very important... as students, teachers, as a role model, and in a marriage. Without Communcication how would we be able to talk to one another? Communication goes way back in the old times. But Sorry, you'll have to look for that information somewhere else. I'm just here to tell you what I know about communication.

How to Communicate with others"


Don't do these when Communicating:

There are 3 types of verbal communication:

1. Agressive - really mean, short tempered, stubborn, TYPE A... DANGER! DANGER!

2. Passive- Queit, Does not participate, makes excuses, Patient???

3. Assertive-The best one out of these 3. Not assertive and not passive, just in the middle. Knows what to say and do at the right time and moment.


Values.....


Values are qualities in life that are often important to us. The choices we make often shows what values we hold.

Following basic values helps up to guide into making important decisions.

Here are some basic values that not a lot of people have these days:

  1. Equality-Understand that everyone has their rights
  2. Honesty-telling the truth
  3. Promise Keeping-Keeping your word
  4. Respect-treating everyone including yourself with dignity
  5. Responsibility-caring out for your duties
  6. Self-control-controlling your own actions
  7. Social justice-treating people fair


Somethings that might be important in your life based on what you value:

  • Being Responsible
  • Being morally right
  • Being close to family
  • Being Successful
  • Being trusted
  • honesty
  • Being happy
  • Being a individual
  • Being in love
  • Being a leader
  • Having lots of money
  • Being in good shape
  • being accepted
  • having a nice car
  • Name Brands

If you say that these are somethings you value, then you have to do what your values are.

Not only do you have to walk the walk, but you gotta talk the talk. Values are what you and who you are.

Thats how important Values are.
